Our Mission! The mission of the civic association is to preserve the historical character of the neighborhood, improve upon various areas including safety and beautification, and represent community interests in future developments. The Board works closely with the Downtown Development District, the Mayor’s office, Preserve Louisiana, and various other offices to accomplish these goals.
